Exchange and Return Policies
WARRANTY
If you detect an anomaly in one of our products, please notify us within a reasonable time. We will make it our duty to satisfy you. We cannot guarantee items sold for more than 6 months.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE
If an exchange or refund is necessary, the buyer may exchange or be refunded by returning the merchandise with the original tags, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, accompanied by the original invoice within 10 business days from the date of receipt, with the postmark serving as proof of date. Postal fees are non-refundable.
If the customer wishes to proceed with an exchange or refund, they must inform us by email or phone in advance before returning the merchandise. If accepted, returns will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase. When returning the merchandise, please keep a proof of shipment from your carrier. Le Blanc Mouton cannot be held responsible for returns of merchandise not received or damaged during transport. Please pack and seal your return shipment perfectly. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. After 10 business days, we do not accept any exchanges or refunds unless we have agreed on an arrangement with the customer in advance.
