Exchange and return policies
If you happen to detect an anomaly in any of our products, please notify us within a reasonable time. We will make it our duty to satisfy you. We cannot guarantee items sold for more than 6 months.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Should an exchange or refund prove necessary, the buyer may exchange or be refunded by returning the merchandise with the original labels, unworn, undamaged and unwashed accompanied by the original invoice within 10 working days from the date of receipt, the postmark being proof of the date. Postal charges are not refundable. You are therefore responsible for the delivery costs for all returned goods.
If the customer wishes to proceed with an exchange or a refund, he must inform us by email or telephone beforehand before returning the product to us. Returns will then be refunded to the credit card used in the original purchase. When returning merchandise, please retain proof of shipment from your carrier. The White Sheep cannot be held responsible for returns of merchandise not received or damaged during transport. Please pack and seal your return shipment securely. We cannot accept C.O.D. After 10 business days, we do not accept any exchange or refund, unless we have made an agreement with the customer beforehand.
